In the Bar Turning Section we can machine all kinds of materials: brass, steels, bronze, copper, polyamides, titanium...

 

 

 

• Highly automated production (bar-feeders fitted to all machines, centralised extraction of filings, degreasing machine with automatic case loader…) minimising our labour requirements.

 

• High capacity for the manufacture of complex parts, both for automatic lathes and in CNC (Computerised Numeric Control).

 

• We turn bars of up to Ø65mm.

 

• Specialist in long and medium series

 

• We can carry out polishing work, chroming and zinc coating, along with other surface finishes, allowing us to hand over fully finished parts.
